announced that Alvin Kang has joined the company as Chief Financial
Officer, effective July 28, 2005.
Mr. Kang was most recently the Chief Financial Officer of Broadway
Financial Corporation and Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer
of Broadway Federal Bank. In previous years, he was a partner at both
KPMG LLP and Ernst & Young LLP in Los Angeles. His financial career
began with field agent training with the Internal Revenue Service in
Los Angeles, which was interrupted by military service as the Finance
Officer at the Fort Meade U.S. Army base in Maryland, where he
achieved the rank of First Lieutenant.
